Honda launces a new version of Jazz, prices start at Rs 5.5 lakh

Japanese car maker, Honda Motors announced yet another price cut earlier yesterday and this time it is their premium hatchback Jazz. After slashing price of their highest selling car, Honda City in India earlier last month by Rs 66,000, Honda have now slashed prices of Jazz by Rs 1.75 lakhs.
After confirming the report with Honda dealers in India, the new price list for Honda Jazz is as follows; Honda Jazz base variant which earlier came with a price tag of Rs 7.37 lakhs, will now be available at Rs 5.8 lakhs.
Honda Jazz Select variant which was priced Rs 7.48 lakhs earlier, is now available at Rs 5.91 lakhs. Top of the line, Honda Jazz X new price is Rs 6.25 lakhs which is a decrease of Rs 1.56 lakhs from the old price. New prices are ex-showroom prices and are effective from yesterday itself, stated the Honda dealer.



 




 

 

2011 Honda Jazz Specifications

The European-spec Honda Accord Hybrid comes with a version. Hybrid Jazz B-segment car said to be the first equipped with gasoline-electric powertrain, and without sacrificing the cabin space and luggage.

Hybrid Jazz  managed to maintain a flexible “Magic Chair” configurations, while offering space respectable 300 liters of boot that can be extended to a maximum of 1320 liters (measured to the roof), by mounting the battery under the boot floor.
Thanks to the system “Magic Chair”, entirely flat folds seats, while their base can be folded in order to create more space for high objects. Environmentally friendly versions are equipped with rear seats that can be lying on her back as well, further enhancing the flexibility of the cabin.
Interior 2011 Honda Jazz Hybrid offers a darker color theme, contrasting with blue illumination instrument panel and center console. For the first time in Europe, Hybrid Jazz can also be specified with leather seats.
Honda also offers the advantage of consumers for some separated by a light blue restyled with a chrome surround, chrome front grille similar to the treatment, clear tail lights and revised bumpers, accompanied by, a new color Lime Green Metallic exterior.
